        Rated 1 out of 5�by RCA phone system THis is the 2nd set of phones we have had to return, the lines stop working, they dont allow you to pick up calls and its a constant issue. We even got them twice and same problem. i would never recommend buying this April 26, 2013
        Rated 1 out of 5�by Very Poor Quality, Do Not Purchase! Since this was the only multi-line phone with a wireless headset, I bought it for our company. We have been through 2 of these RCA models in less than 14 months and will never buy another. The audio quality is poor, people calling in can hear you if you're on another line, the answering machine quality is unreliable and the earpiece fell apart quicker than anything I've ever used. Cannot recommend this product. March 5, 2013

Doesn't function well in my office we have 2 lines and if your on one line and someone calls in on the other line rather than the machine picking it up the speaker phone answers it and the person calling in can hear your call on the other line the only solution I coud come up with(because there is nothing in the manual about this# is each morning I come into work I must press the "DND" button, choose 24 hours and hang it up then dial out on one of the lines and press the "DND button again for privacy so when someone else in the office picks up to dial out they can't jump on my line if I'm on the phone. This is the #1 problem I have with the phone, the handsets are ok-sound quality not the best but overall I give this phone a "two-thumbs down"!! I've given it just short of a year and have decided to get a different phone because now line 2 won't work for NO reason, phone Co. says issue is with the phone#surprise-surprise#. I'm contacting office depot today and hoepfully they will help me get something better, we'll see??? January 31, 2013
